Registration Categories and Fees
Please review the registration categories below prior to registering for the meeting. If you register under the incorrect category, you are subject to a $75 processing fee to change your registration type.
ATC offers reduced registration fees for Members. Membership dues for 2020 must be paid by May 22, 2020 in order to qualify for MEMBER registration fees.
NEW member applications are subject to additional processing time following payment
To register as a member, you must be a current doctoral member of AST, ASTS or both societies. This membership category includes MD, PhD, PharmD, DO or equivalent doctoral degrees only. Non-doctoral degree holders should register under the Non-Doctoral Member category.
You must be a current trainee member of either AST or ASTS to register as a trainee member.
If you are not a member of AST or ASTS, but you are a student/resident studying under a program director, you should register as a trainee non-member. To register under this category, you must provide proof of your status as a medical student/resident. A signed letter from your program director must be sent no later than May 12, 2020. When you complete your registration, you will need to email your letter to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your registration will not be complete until this letter is received and uploaded online. If you fail to provide the letter by this date, you must bring it with you onsite to the meeting. If you do not have the letter with you onsite, you will be responsible for paying the non-member registration rates for the meeting. No exceptions will be made.
If you are a doctoral degree holder (MD, PhD, PharmD, DO or equivalent) with no membership affiliation to AST or ASTS, you should register as a non-member.
Members of AST or ASTS who hold non-doctoral degrees are eligible to register under this category. This category includes the following occupation types:
- Research Assistant
- Physicians Assistant
- Transplant Coordinator
- Transplant Administrator
- Lab Technician
- Pharmacy Technician
- Other Allied Health or Pharmacy Occupations
Those who fall under one of the occupation types above (under non-doctoral member) but have no membership affiliation with AST or ASTS should register as a non-doctoral non-member.
If you are still unsure what category you should register under, please contact us before registering to avoid choosing the incorrect category and paying the change fee.

Questions regarding your ASTS or AST membership?
*New/Renewing membership in ASTS or AST may take 5 - 10 business days to be active in the ATC registration system.
Registration must be paid using a valid credit card online. Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations or groups. Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received.
Payment will be reflected as 'American Transplant Congress'.
Cancellation/ Refunds / Change Fee Policy
Requests for cancellation/refunds must be submitted via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, Christina Saenz, email@example.com by May 18, 2020 to be eligible for reimbursement. Refund requests after May 18, 2020 will not be honored.
There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting.
There will be no refunds for Ticketed Luncheon Workshops.
All name changes must be received via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, Christina Saenz, firstname.lastname@example.org by May 18, 2020. If you would like to make a name change after this date, there will be a $25.00 charge per name change.
Incorrect Registration Category
If you register under the incorrect registration category, there will be a $75 processing fee to alter your registration. Please make sure you have carefully reviewed the registration types before you register.
Requests to change a registration category must be submitted via email to the ATC Registration Coordinator, Christina Saenz, email@example.com by May 18, 2020. We are not able to change your registration type after this date.
VISA Letter of Invitation
VISA letters of invitation are available to registered participants only. You will have the option to request a letter of invitation during the registration process. Once you are registered, you will need to log into the Registration Resource Center. You will need your Last Name and Registration Badge Number to log in. You will then be able to print the VISA invitation letter using the link under "My Account."
ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. If you require ADA accommodations, please indicate what your needs are at the time of registration. We cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification.
Beware of Fake Websites
Please be aware that there are several websites impersonating as the ATC 2020 registration website. They can be very professional looking and may use online advertising to appear at the top of search results.
The only way to access the ATC 2020 registration is via the link on the ATC website.

In-Depth Symposia (Saturday, May 30, 2020 ONLY): The In-Depth Symposia is half day sessions designed around a specific topic of interest. These sessions provide in-depth state-of-the-art information focused both on clinical and research areas from various perspectives, allowing attendees to make connections and incorporate the knowledge acquired into their everyday practice. Sessions are from 1:00-5:00 pm on Saturday, June 1 ONLY, and require a ticket and separate registration fee.
Annual Congress (May 31- June 3, 2020): The Annual Congress begins with the Opening of Exhibits Reception and Poster Session A on Saturday, May 30 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Access to all scientific sessions Sunday, May 31 through Wednesday, June 3 is included. You'll be asked to select sessions you're interested in attending during the registration process but are welcome to attend any sessions at the meeting. This registration does not include access to Lunch and Learn Workshops (additional fees).
Best Value Package: This options allows access to the full Congress sessions from Sunday, May 31-Wednesday, June 3,and includes full access to ATC OnDemand, so you can access the content after the meeting.
Additional Items: For an additional fee, you can add on a ticket to a Lunch and Learn Workshop ($50 per workshop). Limited to one per day and only 50 participants. Sign up early to guarantee a spot.
